INTRODUCTION
Aviation Maintenance is very important, high tech and challenging.

- In accordance with EASA, European Aviation Safety Agency.
- Study books and exams approved by the EASA.
- Including Basic Practical training such as riveting, safetying, torqueing, cable tensioning and electrical troubleshooting
- 6 months of internship is mandatory.
WHO CAN ATTEND THE SCHOOL?
Person with MAVO, VMBO, equivalent or higher. Vocational school mechanics or electricians. The school prefers English and Math in your package.
* You must undergo an acceptance test and an interview.

We are aiming to:
- Train aviation maintenance technicians. EASA categories A: Line Maintenance technician, B1: Base Maintenance technician mechanical and B2: Base Maintenance technician avionics.
- When finished, you will have EASA certificates. (Minimum 14) and a school diploma equivalent to level 4 vocational school.
- You can apply for an HBO study in the Netherlands.
- You will have the basic knowledge of all type of aircraft. From the Cessna 172 till the Airbus 380.
DURATION
CAT: B1/B2: 2400 HOURS. Approximately 36 months, apprenticeship included.
CAT A: 800 hours. Approximately 30 months, apprenticeship included.
EXAMINATION POSSIBILITIES

ACM NV, AMTS is offering the possibility to do EASA part 66 exams on the island of Bonaire. The student will have 3 choices:
- Attend the day school which has a duration of 30 months approximately.
- Attend to the 10 weeks exam preparation. (For experienced personnel)
- Take examinations only! Self-study.
